Review & Description
Soron STX ReelWith eleven HPCR (High Precision Corrosion Resistant) bearings the SORON STX Series of spinning reels provides exceptional smoothness during casts and retrieves for precision angling. Built for durability and a long life, the reels boat Duragear (tm) gears constructed of heavy-duty, corrosion resistant brass and bodies, body covers, rotors, and bail arms are built with X-Craftic (tm) corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy for a super light, extremely durable, and corrosion resistant performance in the toughest saltwater conditions. With Abu Garcia's famed Carbon Matrix (tm) drag system, anglers will experience a solid and smooth line drag, not the erratic pull of line felt on most other drag systems. The SORON STX reels are additionally equipped with Abu Garcia-exclusive SuperLine Spool Systems which eliminate the need to tape the line to the spool and completely eliminates slipping superlines. Whether you choose to fish in salt or fresh water, the SORON STX is one tough reel for any application. Backed by a 1-year warranty.
